Pet friendly, exceptionally clean, comfortable well appointed room with fridge and microwave. Rapid check-in very pleasant surroundings with parking. Great value and location
Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary. I was nervous due to some reviews but our room was excellent and the staff was friendly. It was in a great location. Walking distance to all the things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again. Also the jetted tub and fireplace was amazing.
Didn't expect much St the low price (66.00) It was very clean with a big theraputic bed and the employees are really friendly. Only bad part was having to leave a deposit of 150 and taking up to 5 days to get it replaced!
Everything I needed, great value and location. A special call out to the manager who was super helpful. Made my stay and onward trip amazing!
We stay here for 3 days December of 2025 this is one one cleanest motels I've ever stayed in a we travel a lot would definitely come back the staff was exceptional.....and they are pet friendly it was wonderful
Stayed here for 3 nights the week before labor day. Everything is as advertised. Room was spacious and clean. Location is right there with all the hotels and inns around the area. Walking distance to Heavenly Village and the Beach. However, the main reason why I'm writing this review is because of the service we were provided. Upon leaving, we forgot my mother in law's insulin purse. We were called immediately, but we didn't pick up as we were going down the mountain. As soon as we got down, we gave them a call and they informed about said purse. They were friendly about everything and told us to email them a shipping label and set up a pick up and they'll handle the rest. Today, we received a very carefully packed package containing my MIL's purse with nothing missing in it. Highly recommend this place and the service we were provided. Note: This area has a couple of black bears during the summer, and we ran into one during one of our nightly walks. You can expect every hotel in the area to have this experience.
Heavenly Inn is a great deal. The beds and pillows are supple and clean. I was able to walk with white socks in the room and they appeared clean. The rooms I stayed in was furnished with vinyl "wood floors" that allowed proper noise isolation with no creaks. I was not afraid of waking up the downstairs neighbors if I had to get up to use the restroom. Parking was easy and the lot was salted to prevent slipping in 12 F degree weather. Only con is that my room has a hairdryer holder on the wall with the hairdryer missing. As a guy it doesn't really matter to me, but it's worth a mention.
Had a toilet leaking water on the floor and my door would not lock (room 205). Excellent location and quiet at night. Staff was nice
